THE DREAM VILLAGE APARTMENTS

The development is right on the beach.  Beach front land is now getting scarce and soon nobody will be able to build like this any more.  Walk off the decking and you are in the sand, just metres from the sea itself!  The houses are arranged so that all apartments have a direct sea view, even those nearest the road.

The 16 houses are set about with trees and surround a water feature, with bar and barbecue area.  There is ample car paking on site.

Most of the houses have three apartments, each with 2 en-suite bedrooms - single storey on the ground and first floor, topped by a duplex penthouse.  The 84 sq m ground and first floor apartments have the same accommodation, as shown below.

The lower floor of the 139 sq m duplex penthouse had the same accomodation as the apartments beneath and the extra space is provided by the upper floor, or terrace, shown below.

The two houses closest to the beach are different - they have only two apartments each.  Each one has two en-suite bedrooms and there is a single-storey 108 sq m ground floor apartment witha duplex pentouhse above.  The ground floor apartment accommodation is shown below.

The lower floor of the 163 sq m duplex penthouse had the same accomodation as the apartment beneath and the extra space is provided by the upper floor, or terrace, shown below.
