Dream Properties has owned apartments for rent and fractional ownership in the Fortaleza area for more than 7 years.  Finding that demand was outstripping supply, we engaged the services of the finest architects, engineers and constructors in the area to develop our own apartments.  Our first comdominium of 24 apartments in 12 houses - Cumbuco Dream Beach - is nearly complete.

This major investment has proved a huge success, with all apartments sold, and our next development, Dream Beach Ocean View, starts building in May 2006 and is close by. All 24 apartments are already sold.

Our latest announcemant is Dream VIllage, this time 46 apartments in 16 houses, on the same strech of beach at Cumbuco.

Look out for the future announcement of the Dream Beach Resort.  This is a much larger development and is adjacent to the new 27-hole golf resort planned by a consortium including the Vila Gale hotel group, and is due to commence construction in 2006.

Don't thinks that we will cover the beach with high-rise buildings!  There is a lot of this in Fortaleza, which resembles Rio in this respect, but the local planning laws are very strict and allow only low density, low-rise development outside the city.  Our first three developments are spread out along a 1-kilometere stretch of beach and the Dream Resort is a further 2 kilometres away.

Our strategy for the Cumbuco developments has been developed with the famous local architect Luiz Fiuca and the successful local property developer Fiduccia Construtora. We chose these partners because their vision is the same as ours - low-key, high quality development respecting the local landscape, architecture and people.

Nobody designs and builds better in the Fortaleza area.

The investment opportunity
